Data Deletion Instructions

VYRA Insights stores the data you connect (analytics, OAuth tokens, chat history) on your behalf. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From inside the app

1. Sign in to VYRA Insights.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account row, org memberships you solely owned, OAuth connections, chat history, and CRM data are deleted.

By email

Email support@vyradata.com (subject: “Privacy Inquiry”) from the address tied to your account. We process the deletion within 7 business days; up to 30 days for full propagation to backups.

API

Authenticated DELETE /api/user/account performs the same hard delete.

What we keep

Aggregated, de-identified product telemetry may be retained. It contains no identifiers tied to you, your email, or your connected accounts.
